Urban Decay NAKED Palette

2 weeks ago I got an email from Urban Decay stating that they had a few palettes in stock. They were going to start fulfilling their waitlist customers first. If you wanted it you had to respond in 48 hrs or they would move to the next in line. I said, "ok." I was sure I would not ever get one and was trying to convince myself that it was not that special. You can dupe these colors with the 88 / metal mania and neutral palettes from Coastal Scents. The beauty of the palette is that all of the shades work well together, and you have every neutral you need for several different looks. This is my first experience with UD eyeshadows, and I really like them. They are very smooth and blendable. I'm very happy I have this one!

Ok, that's it for me and the NAKED Palette. The long wait is over. On to the next obscession! Gucci Guilty.

Philosophy Love

I have said that I am a philosophy fan. So here is my next installation of philosophy love. I have noticed that my skin is very dehydrated lately. I am still oily, but now I am also dehydrated. This is something new since turning 50. I have really noticed that my skin is changing. I don't have wrinkles yet, so I would like to ward them off as long as possible. I am in love with When hope is not enough  hydrating, exfoliating mask. It was part of a set I got last year. It stayed unopened for much of the year until I noticed my skin was feeling awfully dehydrated. I tried it. I love it!! I was looking to repurchase but I can't find it anymore. Well they removed it from their line because it is loaded with parabens. They have since reformulated it and released it as when hope springs eternal. If you have aging skin that feels like it is lacking moisture, try this. You will barely feel the exfoliating granules. It is very gentle. You will love the scent. Who doesn't love the smell of lavender. It reminds me of the scrubs that are used at the spa!
contains methyl and propyl paraben
